The first CER race of the 2012 season was run on Circuit Paul Armagnac / Nogaro. Brunn Racing ran two Sauber C5 for Philippe and Yves Scemama. Yves raced the green "Artos" C5. Philippe had the first outing in the freshly restored red C5. Qualifying went well for both cars. Yves managed to qualify on third place of the grid on a drying track. Philippe finished the race 7th overall. Yves was less lucky and was forced out of the race while lapping one of the GT cars.
