After having minors problems with big impact on both cars at Spa, Brunn Racing had a very good result at Imola. Philippe Scemama qualified the Sauber C5 on second place of the grid. Philipp shared the 911 3.0 RS Group 4 with Jeff Gamroth (Rothsport Racing, USA, www.rothsport-racing.com). After starting from 4th place on the GT2 grid, Jeff had to stop the car during the race. Philippe Scemama was leading the race after lap one. He had an unlucky incident on the next lap, forcing him back to the end of the field. During the race he continuously regained the lost positions. The Sauber C5 finally finished on an incredible 4th place overall. Without the incident he might have won the race.
